1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

Upon purchase of your bundle, you will be notified by email of your live tracking number through our courier service Australia Post, you will be able to access and view your tracking number at any time via the Australia Post website.

Can I change my order?

A bundle is usually shipped the same day of purchase or the very next day, providing it does not fall on a public holiday. Therefore, exchanging an item would not be possible. However, in the unfortunate circumstance where your bundle has arrived and the contents inside the bundle is damaged. We require a photograph of the damage with the Bundle it gift box and email to, sales@bundleit.com.au and we will endeavour to assist in the best way we can. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders will arrive as per Australia Post delivery times. If shipping within Victoria, expected arrival is between 2-4 business days. Shipping outside of Victoria, expected arrival is between 3-6 business day. However, Bundle it PTY LTD, does not have any control of the delivery times once in the possession of Australia Post. The above delivery timeframes may change over busy seasonal events throughout the year, such as Christmas for example.

2. Payment

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal, Afterpay, Debit/Credit and Mastercard.

3. Returns

What can I do if my bundle arrives damaged?
  • We are proud of the quality and presentation of our gift bundles and do everything we can to ensure that every receipient is happy with their gift bundle.
  • In the event that your gift bundle or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@bundleit.com.au.
  • We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.
  • We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
  • If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us we will gladly cover the cost of shipping.
  • We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 7 days.
  • Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original card or Paypal account used.
Do you accept returns?

Gift bundle orders received prior to 3pm (AEST – Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day, and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at sales@bundleit.com.au

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
  • In the rare event that you or your recipient are not happy with the gift bundle or its contents, please return the gift bundle in the same condition it was received to Attn: Returns, Parcel locker 10230 22450, 340 High Street, Melton, VIC 3337, and include the original order number within the package.
  • Contact Bundle it Pty Ltd at sales@bundleit.com.au to let us know that the gift is on its way back to us and how you would like the return to be processed:
    • Exchange for another item
    • Store credit
    • Refund to the original card or PayPal account used
  • We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed.
  • If the gift bundle has left our warehouse but has not yet been delivered, it will first need to be delivered to the recipient and then returned to us as we are unable to redirect an order once it is already on the road.
  • The return must be received within 10 days of the original date of dispatch.

^ Minus the cost of shipping of the original order, including orders for which shipping was free ($10.95 will be deducted). Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to reappear in your account.

4. Shipping

How much will shipping cost me?

Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $99. Alternatively, a shipping fee of $9.95 applies per gift box.

Where do you ship?

We ship your bundles Australia wide.

Do you offer fast shipping?

We offer standard shipping only at this time, to keep customer costs down. Our courier is Australia Post. Packages are usually delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase.

How can I track my package?

Customers will be emailed upon purchase with an Australia Post tracking number.

What if I'm not home?

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery and the parcel cannot be left at the address, because the delivery driver may not deem it secure enough to leave the parcel (eg. raining at the time of delivery, parcel visible to the street, etc.). the delivery driver will:

  • Leave a card advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest Australia Post office for pickup.

In order to ensure that someone will be present during business hours, it is recommended to send the parcel to a business address. Redelivery fees may apply for any deliveries that need to be reattempted.

Please note, Bundle it Pty Ltd and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as ‘successfully delivered’.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Unfortunately we do not offer a pickup service at this time.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Our couriers are only able to deliver on business days, within usual business hours. Therefore, deliveries only take place Monday-Friday, and are unable to be made on public holidays or weekends.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to cancel your order.
